Steamed Vegetable Salad

Steamed cauliflower, broccoli and carrots with kidney beans and barley in a balsamic vinagrette, served cold. This is similar salad I used to get when I lived in Toronto at a chain called Greenleaf's located in a few different buildings in the financial district.
