Gnocchi



Gnocchi in a tomato "cream" sauce with mushrooms (portobello and oyster), parsley, sage and thyme. Roasted asparagus and dinner rolls on the side.

  1. Thanks Tamara! It was really yummy and different than how I usually have gnocchi (garlic, olive oil, hot chili flakes). The "cream" was 1/2 a tub of Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese which is also what I use in my alfredo sauces.
