Seitan Roast with Agave Apples (Take Two!)



Made this again with a few alterations. Delicious! Oven roasted cauliflower on the side and apple slices (kind of hard to see) at the top right.

    @the voracious vegan: Definitely try oven roasted cauliflower. Usually I toss liberally with olive oil, some minced garlic and then salt & pepper and put it on a foil-lined pan (foil for easy cleanup). I then throw it in the oven at 450F until the tops start to brown a little, then I stir around, throw it back in and take it out when it's a little more browned and the cauliflower is to my liking. Takes about 30 mins.
