Buffalo Tempeh



Tempeh based on the "wingz" recipe here with a few changes along with some homemade vegan ranch dressing.

  1. That looks so good with the corn on the side! I'll have to make these again soon. Maybe with corn on the cob?

  2. Oh you should definitely try it. I used frozen corn because I had some in the freezer. I changed up the original recipe by using maple syrup instead of agave nectar and also didn't spray them with oil spray (didn't have any). Sometimes I pan fry these but this time I mixed up the panko with some oil and smooshed it around by hand.
