Coriander "Honey" Glazed Tofu



Coriander "Honey" Glazed Tofu with bok choy and pears on rice. It was DELICIOUS!

This is a tester recipe for Joy Tienzo's upcoming vegan cookbook, published by Tofu Hound Press.
