Tempeh Sandwich & Potato Salad



A messy tempeh sandwich with a side of potato salad. This is a regular request from the boy and it was the first thing I ever cooked for him. :)

    OMIGOD ... look at all the yummy vegenaise on the potato salad. It is vegenaise isn't it?

    Of course it's vegenaise! Did you think I'd use anything less? Remember when I *warned* you about nayonnaise and how fucking horrid it was?
