Gemelli with "Bolognese" Sauce

Gemelli with homemade "bolognese" sauce. Sauce made with TVP, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, plum tomatoes adn canned crushed tomatoes. Garlic bread on the side.

Still working on my white balance settings... it's getting better!
