We have chosen to highlight your Grilled Tofu and Vegetables recipe (http://vegandinners.blogspot.com/2009/07/grilled-tofu-vegetables.html") this week in our feature, the "FoodieView Meal Plan of the Week". We will not be reprinting it, rather we will be simply linking to it from our site. Could we also please have your permission to use the photo from that post for our feature? For the tofu, I mixed up a few spoonfuls of Bryanna's broth powder (recipe linked in post) with some olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, braggs (use soy sauce if you don't have braggs) all to taste. Marinate your drained/pressed and sliced tofu in that for a few minutes or overnight. Then grill until done.
For the vegetables, I just tossed with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and roasted in the oven at 450F for probably 10-15 mins.

I tend to cook by taste as I go along and rarely use or write out recipes.

Hi Michelle, yup, go ahead. :)
Where is the recipe for the grilled tofu and vegetables? I can't find it anywhere! Thanks!
Hi Susan,
There really isn't a recipe.
Hope this helps!
