Made pizza for lunch today. Rustic* no-yeast crust, tomato sauce, Follow Your Heart "cheese", sliced mushrooms and Wild Mushroom flavour Field Roast slices. The Field Roast stuff is really good and (obviously) vegan.
It was delicious and I have more for tomorrow's lunch.
*"Rustic" as in I didn't feel like rolling it out properly so it wasn't even round.

How was the "no yeast" crust? Was it reminiscent of the boxed pizza mixes?
I make free-form pizzas by stretching it out the dough rather than rolling.
Yeah, it was similar to the box pizza mixes. I've tried several no yeast crust recipes but so far this one was the best in terms of flavour.
The thing with no yeast dough is that it's not quite springy enough to stretch out like yeasted dough. It's more of a pat down thing.
I use the no yeast recipes when I want pizza within 30 minutes (no time for dough rising).
Yum! Looks good. Thank you so much for your encouragement as I learn and grow. Actually, I am finding it much easier than I expected. It's just the right time. :o}

Have you tried the quick rise yeast? You don't need to let it sit and rise.
That's what I used when I made pizza.
No, pretty much the only yeast I have here is regular instant yeast because I use it for bread. I'll pick up some quick rise on the weekend!
