Gnocchi in a tomato "cream" sauce with mushrooms (portobello and oyster), parsley, sage and thyme. Roasted asparagus and dinner rolls on the side.

Thanks Tamara! It was really yummy and different than how I usually have gnocchi (garlic, olive oil, hot chili flakes). The "cream" was 1/2 a tub of Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese which is also what I use in my alfredo sauces.
